"No-Doc" Purchase Programs
Liberty Mortgage offers a wide variety of "no-doc" or stated programs to 100% purchase or $0 down. These
loans generally have to have excellent credit, 700 or better credit scores. Some programs will escrow,
some will not, all depends on your scenario. We also offer 5%, 10% or 20% down with some of the best
interest rates in the country.
We have a specialty 5% down "no-doc", no assets verified program,
that will let you purchase if you are self employed for less than 2 years. It requires a minimum credit
