No PMI Loans - as the area's largest and 2nd oldest mortgage
broker, we were the first to bring programs to the area such
as "split loans" with no PMI with as little as 5% down
with fixed rates that no one can touch. This type of loan can
save you up to as much as $45,000 on a $150,000 purchase vs.
5% down with Private Mortgage Insurance. Liberty can do no PMI
loans at 0%, 5%, 10%, or 15% down with awesome rates.
0 Down - Liberty has a wide variety of nothing down loan
programs for most all credit grades. We have the cheapest interest
rates on these programs because we can also write FHA or VA loans
for 100% financing and your credit just has to be clean for the

Bridge Loans - You want to go buy a new home and yours
hasn't sold yet and your down payment is in your old home. We
have the solution. We refinance your old home and give you at
least 5% down to purchase your new home, we pay off your old
home mortgages(s) and you don't have a payment on your old home
for 6 months while you realtor puts it up for sale.
 Rental Property Purchases at 0% down - We have 100% financing
for single family rental purchases if you have a 680 or better
score. We have 5% or 10% down programs also if your score isn't
that high. We finance more rentals than any other lending institution
in town because of our affiliation with the landlords clubs.

No Doc - We do a lot of self employed or W2'd folks under stated
