Getting Started
1) Copy of purchase agreement-signed by all parties, copy of all disclosures, listing sheet, and copy of earnest money check.
2) If refinancing-current mortgage statement showing tax & insurance escrow amounts.
3) Social Security Numbers and Drivers Licenses.
4) Last 2 months bank statements with all pages for all accounts-no internet print-outs. Last 2 months investment account statements, last 401k statement.
5) Savings Bonds-list of bound numbers with values of each bond.
6) W-2's and full tax returns with all schedules for the last 2 years.
7) Last month of pay stubs.
8) Gift Letter-if used, to be completed by all parties, with a copy of the gift check, your deposit ticket and the donor's proof of funds statement.
9) A list of all your debts with payments and balances.
10) Copy of full Bankruptcy with all schedules, letter of discharge and a letter of explanation as to why you filed.
